MISDEMEANORS, even if serving deferred adjudication or a case pending, for the following will be denied:

  • Theft of Property: No time limit
  • Damage to Property: No time limit
  • Drug Violation: No time limit
  • Violence: No time limit
  • Injury to Persons: No time limit
  • Sexual Offenses: No time limit

ALL FELONIES ARE DENIED. EVICTIONS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DENIAL.

By signing, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our rental selection criteria, which include reasons your application may be denied, such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history

You understand that if you do not meet our rental selection criteria or if you fail to answer any question or give false information, we may reject the application, and retain all application fees as liquidated damages for our time and expense, and terminate your right of occupancy.

Giving false information is a serious criminal offense. We may at any time furnish information to consumer reporting agencies and other rental housing owners regarding your performance of your legal obligations, including both favorable and unfavorable information about your compliance with the Lease Contract, the rules, and financial obligations.

  • All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out an application form
  • The application fee is $60 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Please provide ID and most recent paycheck stub

Applicant hereby agrees that the above statements are true and correct and do hereby authorize The Kopley Group, Inc. to run a credit check, as well as verify any references given. Applicant understands that all monies tendered to The Kopley Group, Inc.. will NOT be refunded and will be held as liquidated damages, should applicant cancel lease, provide false information, or fail to pay any outstanding balances on the date due. Applicant understands that the application fee and pet fee are non-refundable. The Kopley Group, Inc. does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, familial status, handicap or sources of income.
